The first day of spring is a few short days away, but the recent snow storm makes it seem light years away. I guess that’s what happens when you have 70-degree weather in February, and you get 13" of snow a few short days away from the start of spring.
Blah to winter and snow. A breath of fresh spring air is needed, and Daisy Pretzel Bites are to the rescue!
OK, so they won’t make the weather warmer, or the snow melt, but they’ll warm your heart with their deliciousness and easy, quick-bake ways.
Spring Pastel Daisy Pretzel Bites are a three ingredient, quick-bake, sweet + salty treat. I say, “quick-bake” because you pop them in the oven for three minutes. Do you know of anything that bakes to completion in the oven in just three minutes?! They’re seriously an easy-peasy breeze!
Plus, aren't they the cutest?! The daisies are artfully arranged pastel M&M's chocolate candies pressed into a white chocolate melting wafer.
I am such a sweet+salty fiend and I LOVE pretzels and white chocolate! It satisfies the sweet+salty in me!
How much do you love pretzels and white chocolate? You LOVE it! Right? 😉

I made these for a Pooh themed baby shower and we scattered them and used them to decorate other dishes. So very cute. But, the real surprise was how really good these are. I make them for the Easter cookie tray and make poinsettias (kind of) using the Christmas seasonal M&Ms. Addictive.
