I cannot believe Halloween is right around the corner, and with that my familyโs Halloween Bash. I am still working on putting my Halloween costume together; I still need to carve my pumpkins, and I have a cauldron of Halloween treats to bake. Yes, I have a lot to do, but Iโll git โer done.
I am super excited about Halloween! I ❤ Halloween! I am also totally excited to share my costume, more Halloween-decorated cookies, and spooky jello shots with you! Iโll be sharing pics on Instagram if youโd like to follow my ghostly adventure. Iโd love to see your costumes and the Halloween treats youโre baking!
Share your Halloween love โ hashtag #sarahsbakestudio on Instagram and we can share our eerie Halloween costumes and our Halloween tricks and treats! Muhahaha!
Despite the witching hour being close at hand, there is still time to make these super-duper quick and easy Caramel Candy Corn Pretzel Hugs. They only need three ingredients: pretzel snaps, Hersheyโs Hugs, and caramel candy corn. You bake them for less than five minutes and assembly is a snap! You really canโt go wrong with this sweet and salty Halloween treat.
These pretzel bites are SO perfectly delicious that even non-candy corn lovers will enjoy them. Candy corn tastes even better when itโs attached to pretzels and chocolate. I swear! Plus caramel candy corn gives them a little something extra. You can also use regular candy corn too.
Iโd also like to mention that these little treats would also be great for Thanksgiving. If you have leftover candy corn from Halloween, make a batch of Caramel Candy Corn Pretzel Hugs for a Thanksgiving treat. Sweet and salty lovers will totally unite over a bowl of this versatile snack!
OK, so Iโve totally sold you on Caramel Candy Corn Pretzel Hugs, right? I thought so! Now take 15 minutes and make your friends and family (or just yourself) a quick batch of Caramel Candy Corn Pretzel Hugs and then tell me how much you love sweet and salty! ๐
Now I am off to practice my thriller danceโฆHappy Halloween!
Caramel Candy Corn Pretzel Hugs
Ingredients
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200F degrees.
- Place pretzel snaps flat on a silicone baking mat/parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Unwrap Hershey Hugs and place one on top of each pretzel snap.
- Bake for 3 minutes, or until hugs are shiny and soft.
- Remove pretzel hugs from the oven and gently press caramel candy corn onto each one. The hug will flatten out when you press the candy corn onto it. If hugs aren't soft enough place them back in the oven for 30 seconds.
- Allow Caramel Candy Corn Pretzel Hugs to set in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Eat & Enjoy!

Love everything about this treat EXCEPT for the Candy Corn! I might make this for my sons Halloween party because he loves caramel.
Sarah says
LOL, Thanks Yanique! The candy corn is really not bad on this treat, but I understand it's a polarizing candy. The kids at your son's Halloween party will love these...what kid doesn't love sugar?! ๐
