I am not a huge carrot fan, or any veggie for that matter. I don’t think veggies belong in desserts either, which is why The Great Big List of Carrot Dessert Recipes is an odd share for me. I do know A LOT of people who LOVE carrot desserts; they also tend to be people who tell me they don’t like sweets. Weirdos. Seriously, how can you not like a cupcake, or a cookie, or a DONUT?! #donutobsessed
But I digress; The Great Big List of Carrot Dessert Recipes is quite the recipe roundup, especially if you are one of those peeps who LOVES carrot desserts, or sigh, aren’t a big fan of sweets.
