Melt butter in large saucepan on low-medium heat until melted.
Add Pumpkin Spice Marshmallows, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
Add KELLOGG'S Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until well coated.
Using a spatula, press mixture into a 13x9x2" pan coated with cooking spray.
Using a pumpkin cookie cutter coated with cooking spray, press into still warm treats. Press treats inside of cookie cutter down with your finger. Remove cutter and pumpkin treat to waxed paper and gently press out treat. Respray cookie cutter with cooking spray as needed.
Press scraps together and flatten into pan again. Continue cutting pumpkin shapes until no more Pumpkin Rice Krispies Treats can be cut.
For Orange White Chocolate Coating
In a microwave safe bowl, add chocolate wafers and paramount crystals. Microwave on medium heat for 30 seconds. Remove and stir slowly. Replace in microwave for 15 second increments until chocolate is completely melted.
Add a few drops of Wilton Orange Candy Color to melted chocolate and mix. Add more color to achieve desired orange.
Dip Pumpkin Spice Rice Krispies Treats into chocolate and lightly tap to remove excess chocolate; transfer to waxed paper. Repeat until all treats are coated in chocolate. Allow Pumpkin Spice Rice Krispies Treats to sit until chocolate hardens. Eat & Enjoy!
