For the Ghost
  1. Using a pastry bag filled with vanilla buttercream and fitted with a no. 2A round tip, start with even pressure in the middle of the mini cupcake and pipe a swirl.
For the Eyes & Mouth
  1. Using a pastry bag filled with black buttercream and fitted with a no. 3 round tip, pipe three black dots. Royal Icing black dots can also be used.
