Round peanut butter sandwich cookies bathed in melted chocolate and dressed up as turkeys with Sunburst Chocolate Covered Sunflower Seeds.
Line baking sheet with silicone baking mat or parchment paper. Set aside.
In a microwave safe bowl, add a half pound of Chocolate Candiquik. Microwave on medium heat for 30 seconds. Remove and stir slowly. Replace in microwave for 15-second increments until chocolate is completely melted.
Dip round Nutter Butter Cookies into melted chocolate using a fork and lightly tap to remove excess chocolate; transfer to silicone baking mat/parchment paper and immediately but gently press royal icing eyes, Sunbursts yellow beak, red gobble, and feathers onto the cookie. Allow Turkey Nutter Butter Cookies to sit until chocolate hardens. Eat & Enjoy!
