In honor of pumpkin season, I am sharing fall festive mini cupcakes that are chocolate cake, chocolate buttercream, and M&M's Milk Chocolate Candies.
These decorated cupcakes are a chocolate lover's dream. They are also perfect for M&M’s fans AND for the fall pumpkin enthusiasts (you know who you are). Pumpkin M&M Mini Cupcakes are very easy to create and family-friendly. Plop a little blob of chocolate frosting onto your mini cupcake and then arrange green and orange M&M's Milk Chocolate Candies into a pumpkin shape. 🎃
You can get technical with a disposable pastry bag and a 2A round decorating tip, which I did, or use a sandwich bag as a piping bag and snip the corner off, or just frost with a knife/offset spatula.
This adorable pumpkin treat uses easy to find M&M candies - just separate the orange and green M&M's out of a typical family-sized pack and you're good to go.
Plus, you and your kiddo (or just you - I don't judge) can snack on the colors you aren't using for this fall-inspired treat.

Pumpkin M&M Mini Cupcakes
Instructions
- Using a disposable pastry bag and a 2A round decorating tip, a knife/offset spatula, or the corner of a plastic sandwich baggie snipped off, pipe a small blob of chocolate frosting onto your mini cupcake.
- Gently press an orange M&M into the center of your chocolate frosting blob and then six orange M&M's around the center M&M forming the pumpkin.
- For the stem place a green M&M on its side in between two of the orange M&M's. Eat & Enjoy!
