How has your fall been going this year? Has it been filled with cozy sweaters and comfy boots? Thus far WI fall has been filled with sweltering heat and if you’re wearing a sweater and boots then you’re sweating your buns off.
Since I can’t get in the fall spirit with relaxed clothing, I’ve decided to tumble into fall the dessert blogger way, with fall desserts, which is also going to mean I am going to NEED some relaxed clothing soon. 😉
Thankfully, I LOVE baking Fall, Halloween, Thanksgiving desserts – Brain Cupcakes, Mini Ghost Cupcakes, Pumpkin Snickerdoodle Truffles, Peanut Butter Candy Pumpkin Blossoms, and the list goes on and on.
To add to the fall baking mix, I am sharing Fall Daisy Mini Cupcakes. They’re totes adorbs and satisfy my fixation with mini cupcakes and baking with M&M’s candies.
Fall Daisy Mini Cupcakes are very easy to create and family friendly. What kid (or adult) doesn’t like baking and intermittently snacking on M&M’s candies? They’re also a fun way to spruce up your mini cupcakes. Plus, they have that whole fall spirited angle going for them.
So, what does it take to get on the Fall Daisy Mini Cupcakes bandwagon?

Using a disposable pastry bag and a 2A round decorating tip, a knife, offset spatula, or the corner of a plastic baggie snipped off, pipe a small blob of chocolate frosting onto your mini cupcake.
-
Gently press an M&M into the center of your chocolate frosting blob and then six M&M's around the center M&M forming a daisy. Eat & Enjoy!
¹ I used regular M&M's candies for the orange M&M's. If you desire, you can use M&M's Harvest or M&M's Regular.
