Cinnamon Bun Oreo Truffles – crushed Cinnamon Bun Oreo Cookies combined with cream cheese, scooped into bite-sized balls, dipped into melted white chocolate, and sprinkled with cinnamon!
I love cinnamon. I mean I LOVE it. I love cinnamon in my banana bread. I love cinnamon in my cookies. I love cinnamon in my donuts. I love-LOVE cinnamon rolls, and I most definitely love cinnamon in my Oreo cookies. Cinnamon Bun Oreo Cookies are the bee’s knees and they aren’t paying me to say that!
Yes, I am a Cinnamon Bun Oreo Cookies fan! It’s my new favorite next to the typical Double Stuf. What is your favorite Oreo cookie? Have you tried the Cinnamon Bun Oreo Cookie? You really must!
Now that you all know I am coo-coo for Cinnamon Bun Oreo Cookies, let’s talk Cinnamon Bun Oreo Truffles. Of course a truffle made out of one of the best Oreo cookies known to man is going to be the cat’s meow. Seriously, meow!
My hubby took these Cinnamon Bun Oreo Truffles to work, he and his fellow colleagues are my taste testers, and they LOVED them. They said they were the BEST Oreo truffles they’ve had. As you may know, I make quite a few truffles in the bake studio with more to come in the coming weeks and months {hint, hint}. I am a wee-bit obsessed with chocolate, truffles, and Oreo cookies.
Cinnamon Bun Oreo Truffles are definitely for those who positively love cinnamon. The Cinnamon Bun Oreo Cookie tastes like if a golden Oreo, a graham cracker, and cinnamon had a delicious baby. The melted white chocolate gives it a little something-something for the white chocolate lovers, plus ties it all together, and the cinnamon sprinkled on top gives it a final POW!
Yes, I am cinnamon crazy. Maybe I am just crazy. At this point it is hard to say. I like to think I am just eccentric and passionate. <3
Cinnamon lovers rejoice with the introduction of Cinnamon Bun Oreo Truffles!
What is your favorite way to eat cinnamon? Are you cinnamon crazy too? How about just crazy? 😉

Can I freeze these and if so how long will they last
Sarah says
Hi Larrissa! Yes, you can freeze them for 2-3 months in an airtight container. When you are ready to eat put them in the fridge to thaw. Thank & Happy Baking!

How can you dial up the Cinnamon bun flavour if you can’t get the cinnamon bun flavour Oreos?
Sarah says
Hi Rikke! If you can get your hands on the cinnamon bun flavor it's totally worth it, if not, start by adding a teaspoon of ground cinnamon. If you prefer more cinnamon than add a bit more. You can always add more but you can't take it out. 😉 Thanks and happy baking!!
