I’ve gotten really into recycling paper. It has gotten to the point where I feel bad if I throw away any shred of paper that could be recycled. Sometimes I throw away an empty toilet paper tube and wonder if I should I be recycling it. Then I am like, girl get a grip and I walk away…or I’ll repurpose it for gift wrapping.

My sister made these cute owls out of toilet paper tubes for her Christmas tree, although I don’t think it had anything to do with a compulsive need to recycle paper.

What does this have to do with these incredible Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies? Nothing. I was thinking about this article and happened to be throwing out an empty toilet paper roll and it got me thinking.
